Product Description

This NEO Series accessory kit includes all parts needed for alternative installation:

• 1/2" Metal T-Adapter
• Plastic Hot Water Bidet Hoses (8 mm x 1/4")

USE WHEN: You need an alternative installation method because you cannot access the toilet fill valve. This may happen if the fill valve is hidden, blocked off, or has a hard supply line that cannot be removed. This alternative installation method is also suitable if there is not enough room to install the T-Adapter.

3/8" VS 1/2": The 1/2" x 1/2" x 8 mm T-Adapter should be used when your water supply valve is 1/2". This is possible in countries outside the U.S. or in densely populated U.S. cities, such as Los Angeles or New York.

*Note: This 1/2" T-Adapter does not have a shut-off version of the product.

How To Connect

1. Locate the supply valve you will be connecting to
2. Turn off the water supply valve
3. Unscrew the water line from the water supply valve
4. Attach the 1/2” T-Adapter (Regular or Shut-off) to the water supply valve
5. Screw the 1/4" nut of the Plastic Hose onto the bidet inlet
6. Optional step for shortening the hose. Measure the length needed from the bidet to the Metal T-Adapter and trim the hose to the desired length
7. Unscrew the wing nut from the Metal T-Adapter and put the Plastic Hose through the nut
8. With the wing nut threaded through, push the Plastic Hose flush against the nipple of the Metal T-Adapter and screw the wing nut back on to secure the connection
9. Reattach the water line to the top of the Metal T-Adapter
10. Turn the water supply valve back on

The above parts are most commonly used for alternative installation; however, we recommend that you check your T-Adapter size* & Plastic Hose length**

*To determine T-Adapter size, take the 1/2” end of your 7/8” Cold Water T-Adapter and place it flush against your supply valve:

• If it's the same size, get this accessory kit (1/2")
• If the valve is smaller, get the NEO Series Alternative Accessory Kit (3/8")

**To determine Plastic Hose length, measure the distance between the bidet inlet and the water supply valve. We offer three sizes: 10 ft, 16 ft , and 32 ft.
